Bishop Mark Visits Hathershaw
Bishop Mark, the Bishop of Middleton, came to visit Hathershaw on Friday the 12th June to work with our GCSE Religious Studies groups.
Bishop Mark was nominated Bishop of Middleton on 10 March 2008. At the time of his appointment he was the Church’s youngest Bishop. His interests include literature, music, food, walking and gardening.
Our students found Bishop Mark‘s visit extremely interesting and have enjoyed getting an insight on Christianity. It was a fantastic day where the students and the Bishop exchanged questions about their faith and what it means to them.
