MP Michael Meacher Interviews

On Friday 27th March, Hathershaw was visited by Michael Meacher MP who came to discuss politics with our budding Mock Election candidates.

Michael was interviewed by each candidate representing the five major parties of Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrats, The Green Party and UKIP, and you can now view these interviews below.

Then the student candidates had the chance to speak more informally over some lunch, with some honest and open discussion from all involved, benefitting the students as an enriching experience not to be forgotten.
